Delivery status shows you which stage a CMR is in: from created to signed and delivered. It runs on an event chain around the document — a clear, traceable status view without GPS or fleet tracking.
How it works
The status follows automatically from what happens with the QR code. Nobody has to update a status field by hand.
Every printed or shared CMR carries a QR code. As soon as it leaves the building, the document moves to “sent”.
The recipient or driver scans the code and claims the document. The status jumps to “scanned” and then “claimed”.
The recipient signs the CMR and confirms receipt through the QR code, with a photo of the signed CMR. The document then shows “delivered”, with photo and timestamp captured.
What you get
Know whether a delivery is wrapped up, with signed proof at hand if it ever comes into question.
See at a glance whether a CMR is still on the road, signed, or delivered — without calling the driver or the customer.
Every status change is timestamped in the document timeline, so you can later check what happened when.
The “delivered” step is tied to the photo of the signed CMR: proof that stays with the right document.
Show everything in the archive that hasn’t been signed yet, or what just got delivered — handy for follow-up and invoicing.
