You start a trial directly from this site. It lasts 14 calendar days, gives Pro-level access, and asks for no credit card. During the trial you decide whether — and on which plan — to continue.
After 14 days the trial expires. You then pick a plan or pause the workspace; your documents and evidence stay. Need more time to decide? Contact us.
Plans
Documents per month included, an overage rate for the occasional spillover, and a quote path for larger accounts.
Pay-up-front annually gets you 15 % off on Starter, Pro and Business. You then get twelve months of documents at once (Starter 300, Pro 1,800, Business 6,000 per year), to use freely over the year. Setup fees are € 0 by default; on Business there is an optional € 390 onboarding service. All prices excl. VAT.
Which plan fits

Up to about 25 documents per month. For those taking their first steps with CMR-JET alongside paper or a desktop install.
Roughly 30 to 150 documents per month with multiple colleagues. The sweet spot for shippers without a TMS going digital.
Roughly 150 to 500 documents per month or a team of three or more. A fit as soon as Pro structurally runs over its allowance.
From about 500 documents per month or more than five users, or for specific contractual needs. We put a fitting package together with you.
After the trial
After 14 days the trial expires. Here is how plan selection and switching work — no surprises.
If you don’t pick a plan, the workspace goes into read-only mode. Existing documents and evidence remain available; creating new ones is blocked until you select a plan.
An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. A downgrade activates on the next renewal date, so you don’t lose paid allowance.
You choose between monthly billing or annual prepayment with 15 % discount. Switching billing frequency happens at a renewal date.
FAQ
Invoices follow EU VAT rules. For intra-EU B2B with a valid VAT number, reverse-charge applies (0 % on the invoice, buyer accounts for VAT). For domestic sales the local rate applies.

At 80 % of your allowance a warning appears in the app. Beyond that you can keep creating documents at your plan’s overage rate (€ 1.20 on Starter, € 0.70 on Pro, € 0.50 on Business). If you structurally overshoot, a higher plan is usually a better fit.
Support is asynchronous email on every plan. We do not offer a 24/7 line or guaranteed live onboarding. On Enterprise, contractual SLA terms are negotiable.
